RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

All unworn products (i.e. sticker on the sole of the shoe is intact), undamaged products and otherwise in saleable condition, are eligible for returns & exchanges within 90 days of order delivery.

Returned items will be processed within one week of receiving the request from the customer. During this time, a shipping sticker will be emailed to the customer & the customer will have to mail the product back to T&N. Upon receiving the returned product at T&N's warehouse, the product will be examined & if found satisfactory for resale, the customer's credit card charge will be refunded according to payment gateway timeline. T&N reserves the right to determine whether or not the returned product is fit for resale.

Exchange items will be processed within one week of receiving the request from the customer. Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value.

Shipping labels for returns & exchanges will be sent via email from T&N to the customer once the returns/exchange process is initiated.
